A Merger and Acquisition intermediary company serving the middle market for over two decades, we are a specialized M&A company consisting of a tightly knit group of seasoned associates who work together.
Cromwell, Morgan is an internationally focused middle market intermediary company primarily acting as finder for acquiring Equity Holding Companies on a contingent fee basis.
The company maintains a database of client buyers with specific searches and platforms which is accessible by Cromwell, Morgan regional associates whose proprietary function is to create and maintain a network of local (seller) vendor brokers with middle market companies for acquisition. The Associate's primary function is to provide acquisition opportunities that match Cromwell, Morgan's clients and to offer outsourcing and consulting services of Cromwell, Morgan affiliates in China on a fee basis.
Associates. Cromwell and affiliated companies divide fees on an as agreed basis for their part in the transactions.
Contacts with vendor (seller) brokers are made through referrals, ACG, and other national and regional intermediary conferences and organizations.
We are big enough to provide all of the necessary services and back-up support, yet small enough to retain close personal client contact.
